New here - Need a paypal VCC

I'm new here! Cool site.
Anyways I just made a paypal recently but I just found out that I can't send any money (us account, no cc or bank account because im 15yrs old).
So I'd like to purchase a vcc (so i can pay people) If you don't trust me just look at my DP account (same name as on here).

post price etc.

Another welcome from me boy. About your problem i can not help you at this time due i use a commercial C.C. and as you understand i can't grant access to it.

Ah well. I joined here from DP because they don't allow vcc.
I guess you guys don't have any members selling them right now

i already use vcc to verified in paypal and there is no problem to me.
