Email marketing software?

Anyone know a software that can be used for email marketing?
i need software or something that can send email to many people at once.

uhh, you can use msn hotmail? or do you mean a mailing list? i have always stayed clear of these things, gotta be careful about spam and stuff just not worth it to me

i mean software (automatic) not manual ways.
so i dont need much time to do promotion.

uhhh i dunno, why not try article amrketing? plenty of software for that
