Win banner space at my forum!

well, i too am running a forum competition.The top 3 posters each month get their banner ad in rotation on my forum - will be an easy win as my forum is very quiet right now.Only rules really are no spamming and no useless posts like ok,kk,lol haha etc

Well I can tell you one reason for your forum being too quiet that the theme doesnt look good and that makes the members not to be active much. There is too much white there.

o yeah i see - do you think i should try make it look like the homepage - submited.net? that had dark colours ill get my work partner to sort out the theme when hes back online

Nooooooo!!! Never go for a dark theme especially for a webmaster forum. Nobody will post, I can guarantee that. Go for a light theme that doesnt have too much of a white colour there.

thanks - btw i dont mean to keep bumping old threads here - just that theres few posts i dont look at the dates just view and reply - normally old threads are on like page 50 but some only have one page so will have to remember to post in just the ones at the top
