Just due i'm going to sell this domain with some backlinks and PR (of corse not a PR 10....), for example i'll sell this domain and add it as a backlink on some forums i manage. I bought it some time ago looking to develop another forum but to be honest i haven't enough time so that's why i'm selling it.-
