Value of a PR6 site ?

What would you value a PR6 site that makes around $5000 - $6000 a year is over a year old and has been PR6 for over 6 updates now ? Pr5 inner pages etc.

Im only asking so dont get excited thinking im selling one lol

Well, not really sure but if your stats are real (and as i know you i'm sure are real) i guess about $40 / 65K... as starting price.

them stats are for a year not a month mate

i dont think its worth that much lol although i can always wish lol

Sorry, i supposed earnings from this site on a monthly basis, not yearly...Sorry again.

Well i guess $4000 to start is a nice price (estimating the value only on the revenues you made). Then the domain name itself, the content, the traffic and so on are another history...

, nahhhh dude just kidding. Well i'm not sure but if your earnings from it are about $5K a year, then why sell it????.-

well unfortunately $5000 in the UK isnt a great deal of money, i earn that in 1 month with my full time job, im looking to use that money to really boost qdoos and admin utopia, im selling my directorys and possibly other sites too

i would say 6k, you take a months earnings, times it by 12(a year) and thats normally a reasonable price to pay for a site

$5000 is about right i would say as people dont pay the normal 12x revenue etc they pay between 8 and 10 depending on the niche
