Default A suggestion for SEO pls

Today i need your comments and suggestions about the following:

I manage a forum with the main url of The number one market place for webmasters - SEO Talk, Domains and more - Powered by vBulletin, into this forum i have a category called "Language Forums" where is possible to post, discuss on Spanish or Italian (pls keep in mind the main language of the forum is english). Well now i'm using the domain name onlinewebmarket.eu to drive traffic directly to this category, how?, i'm using a service called "Domain Forwarding" so this domain (the .eu) acts as a stand alone web and masks the redirects to the .net one. I'm using into the mask the META Tags and Descriptions as usually into "Head" so i avoid the 301 redirect status... But for SEO... is that good?, it could penalize the main .net PR rank?, what about the .eu domain?...

Pls gimmi some suggestions...

I already asked this question before in other forums, and was told that the website will be banned, and some people told me that Google allows 301 redirection of your page as long as not Cloak...
I'm confused though!
I was googling aswell and found that Google specifically forbids "sneaky redirects" and yet encourages the use of 301 redirection for dealing with multiple domain names, for example.

From a SEO expert I foun d that 'Google specifically forbids "sneaky redirects" and yet encourages the use of 301 redirection for dealing with multiple domain names, for example.' So I think it's ok!

That is correct 301 redirects are totally legal, what they mean by sneaky redirects is a redirect that cloaks a site pretending to be another site and taking you visitors to some thing they dont want to see, 301 is just telling google that you want your visitors to that page.

It means i should establish a hosting account for this .eu domain and then into Cpanel redirects (301) this domain name to the .net as target?. I'm asking this due into the domain name Admin's panel i can't redirect it, so i only know another way to establish a redirect: into Cpanel...

Am i correct?

No you should be able to forward the domain to any URL you wish, which will act as a 301 redirect through your registrar. No need to have a hosting account at all, it wont say redirect in you domain cpannel it will say "forwarding" or something like that

Thanks for all your suggestions but i think i arrived to a solution:

Right now i created a hosting for this .eu domain. I'll upload Joomla (in spanish) and as a module of Joomla i'll ask members and visitors to follow the spanish section of the .net forum by clicking on the respective link.

I think is a good solution or not?
