Do you use Proxy sites?

Just as a general question, does anyone use proxy sites, and why?
I have never had the need to.

Na i dont, i can never see the point, i ran a proxy once and it went mental, then i got a bill for over $2000 from godaddy hosting saying i went over my limit lol, they did let me off though which was refreshing for a large company to understand

I don't use them, but I use a RDP (Remote Deskop Protocol) and it's really better!
