This Is What I Did ! I Placed It In To Appear Below The Title And Didn't Work, At The End Of The Article I Already Got One So Didn't Tried It, And Tried It Above The Title And Didn't Work! So The Problem Is from The Plugin

BTW, that does not required any plugin. I have tried even tis, it doesn't work. Its just adding the code in this format [digg=yourdiggurl] . You should get the digg button only with this code. Don't know whats the problem.
