Yes, the evolution plan and higher includes a web domain, upon request. Although limited to certain domain types (.com, .info, etc.)

Looks good. What uptime can you maintain? I will take any paid plan very soon but out of curiosity I want to know if you place any of your banners for free hosting plans Subordinate and Gratis(company hosting button)?

The Gratis plan simply requires a little button displaying HostixPlanet as your site host/supporter. While the Subordinate plan provides a subdomain completely free, with no button advertisements or tributes.

Uptime guaranteed is 99.5%, also I forgot to mention that the free domain is included only when purchasing annual plans (neglected to mention it as you mentioned that you were looking for an annual plan).
