Obeus is another Pay-Per-Click site but they offer low commission.
They just offer $0.01 per someone click their ads in your site.
Minimum payout is $1 via E-gold.
They dont have many advertiser.
So, I dont think you all want to join this one. but, i have their ads in my site

$1 payout is really good. I never found a PPC that has a payout of $1

but their rate per click is just $0.01
so you need 100 clicks before you got paid here.

Ohoo! 100 Click indeed! Its better to use AdSense. You can make more than 30$ at AdSense for 100 clicks(according to my stats). But, when one is at the top, its very harder to get into competition. AdSense is always on the top and no other can overcome it!
