What is the best Free Ad Management Script available?

Yeah midwest, I did the whole google search and as you rightly say there are too many, thats why I ask the question. Hoping someone is using one they can recommend.

Yeah, it would be a lot easier if someone already has such a script..but nevertheless, let's hope my link is a good recommendation too ( you know, for those a bit too lazy to conduct their own search )
