What tools do you use for link development, marketing and research?

Firefox plugins:

Informerentry - Make form filling as easy as making a click
Searchstatus - Displays Alexa, PR as well as a bunch of frequently used SE checks. eg Number of indexed pages, backlinks etc

Great tool for backlink research. I often use it to see how well my competition is doing. Every now and then im able to pick up the same free links they did.

I was using "Live Pagerank" that displays the Pagerank on the bottom of the window for websites.

As for other web-based tools,
I use http://www.urltrends.com/ for checking the pagerank and statistics of a website

I just gave this one a try. Its quite interesting but also quite inaccurate. Half the stats were waaaay off.
