Optimizing your site for a particular country ?

Most of you will know that your site will be in different positions in different country's e.g google.com, google.co.uk , google.com.au .

There are many ways to get google to get it right like :

Regional Meta tags
Google webmaster tools
Where your site is hosted
where your incoming links are hosted
TLD's

can you think of any more factors that will help ?

The Content.. If It Refers To The Country People Always Look For Something That Has A Relation To The Country.. So It Will Help To Be Placed In The Top Websites Of Your Country!
