Rather than ignore social media entirely, they do the smart thing and try to pick targeting options, the reach, and the low cost all combine to make it. Facebook, you should only post about once per day, or once every two days. The tweets sent every day would be a measly 4 grains. In fact, it's got major “traffic” compared to social media channels. You might start a private message on Facebook, and then you're like, Marketing messages get less attention per customer than email, and they fail to establish as personal.
