Is Automated traffic good?

I have read about people offering lots of traffic through automated tools. Is this good. e.g. Will Google ban sites using such services?

Google might ban the site, usually posting on different unrelated sites can cause you to detect by gogle and if that is the case, google will treat you as a spammer plus notice your google search engine wont run when you search it will say that you might be using some spywares and will cause to you temporarily suspend your searches using google.com

i dont trust automated software scripts or anything auto generated... i just go for organic..

i think you're talking about bot, right?
i think any advertiser will ban you if you use this software.
so, don't try it.

i know that you get banned from adsense if you use autosurf programmes

Well you should never trust these kind of things cuz there are chances of google banning you. So why take the risk.

Google Doesn't Support Autosurfs, Also It Doesn't Bring A Targeted Visitors, Only People Start Surfing And Forget About It, So It Just Get Them Credits, They Even Don't Look At You Website, You Will Not Get Something From That Or Increase Your Google Profits!

only good thing, would be using it to make your site stats look good(technically, its not lieing or cheating in my opinion if they dont ask where the traffic is from

But It Seems Like You're Fooling Yourself With This Traffic, You Don't Get Anything From It.. And Don't Forget That Advertisers When They Will Ask For Advertising They Check Their Daily Stats, If It Increase They Will Continue With You If They Don't I Don't Think They Will, And That What Will Happen Because Autosurfs Doesn't Bring Targeted Visitors!
