Ads and their impact

If you go to a community, you see ads. Well, these ads help pay for the forums and help them maintain their running-ness(?). So, do you think ads are really...upgrading? Or are you still against them?

I'm not against them, as long as they're in non annoying places.

Same here. I have 2 ads right now, 1 more on the way. I have them in 2 common places, and the other will be pretty un-annoying. The key to ads is putting them somewhere noticeable, but not annoying :p
