    Make desktop.ini on root directory
    You can make it using notepad.

    Write this code in "desktop.ini" :
    Code:
    [ExtShellFolderViews]

    {BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}={BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}

    [{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]

    Attributes=1

    IconArea_Image=background.jpg
    Next, just put any image files you want on the same directory with desktop.ini
    Then change that image filename into "desktop.jpg"
    Refresh (F5), then see the magic works :D
