well, dont do that, because if you make exchange service to public, it's easy for paypal to track your action.
so, just do it secretly :)

haha, do you have paypal account?
better stay off with exchange currencies activity using paypal.
Paypal state it in their policy, they will freeze your account if you done exchange currencies using paypal account.
Don't ask me why, if you're curious about it, ask paypal founder :)

Paypal Doesn't Allow Us To Exchange Their Currency, So I Guess Every Website Before Starts His Business, He Took A Look On PayPal TOS ! If They Catch You Exchanging The Money Your Account Will Be Limited!

Actually They Exchange From AlertPay (AKA Bux.to :) ) To Paypal,Their Service Was Based To Help Bux.to Members To Transfer From Alertpay To Paypal, So Maybe It's A Good Idea To Get More Popularity..
I Found A Testimonial About Them:
But I Don't Trust Such A Site, Because It's Not A Legal Transaction

Since Paypal not allowing such exchange currency activities, all exchanging transaction is illegal.
I prefer to exchange with my friend, it is better than do exchange on som site.

Even With Your Friends, If They Catch You They Will Limit Your Account.. But Exchange Websites Doesn't Accept PayPal Because They Won't Broke Any Payment Processors Rules/TOS
