  1. i live in indiana and until 2 years ago I lived at home. I recently found out I could recieve free health care from the state and free food with food stamps? I know WIC gives free baby food but what other services are there to help out with our family? we are not doing so good financially and all the free help helps!

plus i just had a newborn so WIC does wonders!
does anyone know of any other services to look for?
    thanks

I totally agree with IsabellaM but wanted to add to check with local churches. My friend just had 1 of our local churches give her school supplies for her daughter.

    Good luck!
  4. I understand totally okay.I'm a single mother been there done that.Go to local health and human services and ask for a list of
    1.Pantry food
    2.clothes that are free
3.contact local places like red cross and ask them they should have a list of all kinds of help
this days making ends meet is hard so,gotta get short cuts okay.Over here where I live they have FREE givaway for CLOTHEs and FOOD.once a months so it saves like 1,000's a year okay.plus I have one kid thank god ,,wic helps certain time but.getting more does too so give it a shot..
    okay good luck.
