Limit your title tag to 60 characters. Just make it natural if you are inserting your keywords on the Title tag.

You're right, 60 is about the upper limit, and making any keyword natural is important.

In SEO every thing like title, description, content, keyword, article, press release follow a standers that developed by the Google. So according to the Google a title must be under 69 character but these days the length of title is going more small. So try to consider your complete search terms or keywords under this length because more then 69 words never show in the search results or never consider by search engine crawler...

Optimal title length. Google typically displays the first 50-60 characters of a title tag. If you keep your titles under 60 characters, our research suggests that you can expect about 90% of your titles to display properly.
