ok, try your anti virus software, if it doesnt work, dont waste any more time, just do a system restore(usually in system tools or accesssories on your computer)

make sure to save important stuff onto a disk, it shouldnt but sonmetime it does delete stuff

please rep if it solves it, system restore always does for me

My anti virus wont remove it

Prob just spyware , goto google download Spybot , update and do a system scan remove anything it picks up.

Also what anti virus are you using ? If your looking for a new one then id recommend NOD32, it isnt free but there is a reason for that ! its good, very simple ;)

I'd recommend you Kaspersky antivrus or internet security.. High security, you will be safe if you use them! I never got such a trouble since I installed Kaspersky !

dont you think we can use advanced task manager, then look what keylogger software installed to the PC, then just remove that keylogger.

Some keyloggers are private.. You can't see them running in the task manager, but they are running! However you have Deep freeze, some keyloggers quit it once it infects your system!
So I recommended Kaspersky because a newest version was up some few weeks ago, and it catchs the whole keloggers/spywares/virus' ...

a system restore should work, i think hes confused with a backup restore maybe?

also what you can do is find what the keyloggers name is and google search how to get rid of it

I think he's referring to this: Advanced Task Manager

However, I'd still prefer an anti-virus software.

My machine was infected with such a key logger virus. This trojan/virus send all my FTP accounts info to the hacker somewhere in russia. First hacker modified files on server and next day delete all of my sites :mad1:

In Russia they sell trojan and viruses with money back guaranty that no anti virus will be able to detect virus for one year.

    Its better to reinstall windows.
