So with the in's and out's of being a webmaster its easy to get in to a vicous circle and forget whats going on, what tools do you have to keep on top of things ? E.g keeping track of link sales/brought , Link exchanges etc.

Found some tools. I dont know if they work or not cuz I have not used them. :D

Links Assistant is a handy freeware tool for webmasters who like to promote their sites via link exchanges. The program keeps a database of your sites and linking partners. You can automate many of the tasks involved in swapping links - sending mails, generating and updating the HTML code of your links directories, keeping track of all the necessary information.

A cross platform time tracking utility. Time Trek is a super small (and super simple) utility to help you keep track of your freelance or consulting projects. Great for webmasters and graphic designers!

I like to think of all my projects as unfinished. Meaning they can always be enhanced in the future, etc.
